We are available Monday to Friday from 12 to 6pm ET except on statutory holidays. When we are offline, you can leave us a message via chat or email at connect@equipurina.ca.
No matter where you are, Purina is right there with you! Purina Connect offers you access to one of our equine nutrition consultants from the comfort of your own home or at the stable. We can now be reached on a toll-free number, by chat or by email. You’d like to show us your horse or facilities? We can also be reached by Skype and FaceTime!

Purina Connect’s toll free number allows you to reach us promptly for all your questions regarding our products and services. We can be reached at 1-888-458-6914. If you happen to call outside of the Purina Connect operating hours, you can leave us a voice mail and we will call you back as soon as possible!

Chat room
Purina Connect’s chat service allows you to ask your questions online and to obtain an answer instantly, through our website. All you need to do is click on the chat icon when it’s accompanied by a green light, meaning an equine nutrition consultant is available to answer your questions.
